1. Service provider
SuppleMind is operated by Atthis Holding BV, Netherlands (KvK: 64145646, VAT: NL855541374B01). Contact: legal@supplemind.co
2. Not medical advice
SuppleMind provides lifestyle supplement guidance only. It is not a medical device, licensed healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your supplement regimen, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing a medical condition.
3. Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use SuppleMind.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans auto-renew. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Liability
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for health decisions made based on app recommendations.
6. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
