1. Who are we?
SuppleMind is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (Chamber of Commerce: [KVK NUMBER]), based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller under the GDPR.

2. Data we process
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: email address
- Health profile (special category, Art. 9 GDPR): age, sex, weight, height, diet type, daily check-ins (sleep, energy, stress, focus), health goals, journal entries
- Optional health data: lab results, genetic SNP data, Oura Ring biometrics — only if you upload or connect them
- Technical data: IP address, browser type (via Vercel infrastructure)
- Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details
3. Legal basis
We process health and genetic data exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) + Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via Settings or by emailing legal@supplemind.co.

4. Third-party processors
Key sub-processors include Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI coach), OpenAI (transcription), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional and — with consent — newsletter/update e-mail). All US-based transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to your data. Contact legal@supplemind.co or use the account deletion feature in Settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
